At Elim’s Lake Ridge Manor, we are continually exploring new and creative ways to engage our community with quality care in the Spirit of Christ’s love. As Summer turns to Fall, we’ve celebrated the end of one season and beginning of another with several outings and celebrations: baking contests, concerts, outings, and more.
For senior adults seeking assisted living care in a small family like environment, Lake Ridge Manor offers wonderful options to help people be as independent as possible.

It’s the final day of our week of celebrations. But we are ending with a bang! Or I should say a bowl? Our seniors went bowling and out to lunch! This was so fun! And our beautiful Verna won with the highest score! Way to go Verna!! Many thanks to Huikkos for making it so easy!
It’s Apple Day at Lake Ridge! Along with wearing red we had an apple bake-off! Our wonderful staff brought homemade apple desserts and our residents voted on their favorite! Apple crisp, apple streusel muffins, and apple pie sheet cake were up for vote!! And our own giant apple named Dumpling showed up to host the event! A very fun day! A special thanks to Peg, Maria, and Robin for the delicious treats!
It’s Peachy Keen day!! We wore the color peach and made peach pies with Peg! Later we ate peach pie with peach tea and fresh peaches on the patio!! A peach of a day!
It’s Proclamation Day here at Lake Ridge! Today our wonderful County Commissioner, Christine Husom came by and spoke to our residents about all the new things going on in Buffalo! Very interesting! Thank you Commissioner Husom!
Our residents are classics! And they enjoyed spending the day at the Classic Car Show in Sturges Park! Just a beautiful day, lovely people, absolutely perfect weather!
There’s nothing like a “mens only” event! No ladies were allowed for the building of our mini-library! Mr. James Law came with his power tools and the cutting and drilling began! Thank you Mr.Law!
